Listing on Nearby Plumber is free, and verification is the whole product. We build county-by-county directories that homeowners find when they search for plumbing help, and every company we show carries its license type, number and status on the page.
You are probably already here
We build listings from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners’ own published roster of Responsible Master Plumbers — not from submissions. If your company holds a current RMP license and the board’s file carries a usable phone number, you are likely listed already. Search your company name to check.
What a listing shows
Your company name as the board files it, your license type and number, the status the board publishes, the date we last checked, the county of record, and your phone. Nothing else is implied. We do not write a description of your work, and we do not publish a service area you have not told us about.
Claim your record
Claiming lets you edit your own listing: a short description, the services you offer, your hours, the year you started and your logo. What you write is never overwritten by our roster refresh; only the license details we read from the state board keep updating. Claiming does not move you up a page: ordering is driven by verification strength, and there is no paid placement on this site, now or later.
Why your company might not be listed
The most common reason is that the board’s file carries no phone number for it. We do not publish a listing a homeowner cannot act on, and we do not guess contact details. The second reason is that the license is not current in the board’s data. Both are fixable: tell us and we will re-check against the board’s record.
What we ask of you
Keep your license current and your phone answered. That is the whole deal. Your listing is free, and no paid option changes where any listing appears.
Free listing or Nearby Plumber Pro
Every licensed business gets a free listing it can edit. Nearby Plumber Pro, at $29 a month, adds photos, links and a monthly report of how homeowners find you. Neither one changes where you appear or our license check.

Set by verification
Set by verification — the same
Start with the free listing: claim it below. Once your claim is checked, your listing editor shows your numbers and is where you can ask for Nearby Plumber Pro. Asking bills nothing.
Claim your listing
Tell us which listing is yours, and we check your license number before we hand you the editor. Claiming your free listing does not change where you appear: order is set by verification, and no paid option changes it.
